Frequently Asked Questions

Login to the HRM app and enter the ‘leaves’ tab to see how many leaves are applied or leaves taken by your employees. You can use the filter option to find the number of leaves of particular employees. Or else, check their leaves on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

Short hours mean the employee has failed to complete the total hours required for the day. For example, if employees need to complete 9 hours per day, then he or she must log out after working for 9 hours. Logging out before 9 hours will only result in short hours.

Employees can apply for full or half-day leaves using their Moon HRM account. Go to the ‘leaves’ tab and find the “+” icon located on the bottom-right corner. Enter the required details such as date, and notes, and select whether it is for a full or half day before you submit the request.

Project managers or TLs can approve, reject, or cancel the leave requests. Employees are requested to apply for leave after consulting their seniors or project managers. Once approved, the total number of leaves will also be updated.
