Once you have successfully integrated the HRM software with Basecamp, the user can create a new status. With this functionality, you can mark the status in progress, completed, or as a bug. Besides status, you can add task descriptions and even mention hours for a particular task.

  • Users can select the ‘Status’ tab from the settings and then, click on the “+” icon to create a new status.
  • Team members can not only rename the new status but also pick any color of their choice.
  • Upon successfully adding status, the new status will then appear in the list of sets, making it easier to link projects.

Once you are logged in successfully, the Moon HRM logo will appear near a Basecamp logo (at the top-right). It represents that your Moon HRM login was successful and now the employees' reports will sync with the HRM app. Whereas, the login process is unsuccessful if the Moon HRM logo doesn't appear.
