The following terms and conditions govern the use of the Moon HRM application, developed by Moon Technolabs.
The HRM app only collects the information for accessibility that you provide after you download the app. You need to grant permission for mouse/keyboard activities, screen recording, and current location. The information collected by us is solely aimed at improving the features and functionality of Moon HRM.
No, we never share your information with third parties. We will not disclose any user-provided information unless we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, ensure your safety and the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. If Moon Technolabs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, we will update any change in ownership.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your device or via the application marketplace (App Store) or network.
Once the user deletes the account, they will have a 90-day window to restore the account. After the completion of 90 days, the account will be permanently deleted from our backup.
We do not use the application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with
information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@mooninvoice.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. We limit access to this information to authorized employees and managers. Please be assured that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for user information, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
We reserve our right to update the policy whenever it is required. We will surely update here if there are any changes to our policy. You are advised to consult this policy regularly to learn about the policy updates.
By using the services, you are consenting to our processing of user-provided and automatically collected information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing” means using cookies on a computer/handheld device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored there under U.S. privacy standards. By using the application and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US.
